Known for her expertise in curriculum design, online learning, and executive coaching, she has served as a part-time professor in the College of Business at Roosevelt University for the past 16 years.
Dr. Boone supports leaders, dissertation candidates, and educators in developing the skills necessary to lead with purpose and produce measurable outcomes. Recognized for her compassionate yet strategic approach, she is committed to guiding individuals through leadership development, professional growth, and organizational challenges.
In addition to her academic and coaching work, Dr. Boone actively served on the Boards of Naperville Neighbors United, DuPage County NAACP, Lisle Chamber of Commerce amd Mays Music Center, where she supports youth, and community development and communication initiatives.
As a member of the National Education Association (NEA) and the Illinois Education Association (IEA), Dr. Boone is an advocate for educational initiatives that advance student success. She is also a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, where she serves as a Golden founding member.
