  P.From the inception of Unity Partnership, members of the law enforcement community have offered their support in many forms, including: 

• Working collaboratively to develop workshops on various aspects of policing
• Hosting and co-facilitating workshops for the community
• Inviting Unity Partnership to participate in regional law enforcement conferences
• Participating in and supporting our community events
• Attending our board meetings
• Serving on our Advisory Board
• Meeting with Unity Partnership to address minority issues within their individual communities
• Engaging Unity Partnership in recruiting efforts to diversify their departments
